TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship USPS & UPS.
We are not responsible for packages once they show in the shipping system as "delivered" or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office or UPS office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered".

TIMING
We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail or UPS. Most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
SHOES
To save freight and keep our shipping costs down, shoes may not be shipped in their box but in a shoe bag. If you desire the actual shoe box, please email us at help@paisleygraceboutique.com and we will be happy to ship them in the box for an additional charge of $5 per pair prior to us shipping your order.
PREORDERS
If you order any item that is listed as a PREORDER; the order cannot be canceled as we order based on preorder qty and will be shipped per the date listed on the product page.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office or UPS.
