Free Returns and Package Protection
Free Returns and / or Package Protection provides you with the benefits described below. You are NOT required to purchase this coverage but it will be offered as a service that we believe everyone should purchase. You may opt out of the coverage by simply unchecking the offer at checkout.
Whether protection was purchased or not, you must start your return or exchange on the returns portal.

If your package is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within five days for claim processing through the returns portal.

Returnable Items:
Items may be returned if they are not listed as non-returnable below and must have any tags attached, be unwashed, unworn and free of any odors, stains or pet hair.
Non-returnable items:
The PGB Team reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions.
HOLIDAY EXTENSION POLICY
Our holiday return policy is purchases made between the Tuesday after Cyber Monday and Christmas Eve may be returned any time before January 15 or the following year.
Cancelled Orders:
Cancelling an order prior to shipping will incur a 5% or $5 charge, whichever is greater to cover the fees associated with the original purchase + refund. We realize that you may have second thoughts on sizing or colors after you complete a purchase. Rather than placing a new order and asking us to cancel the order that you want to change, the first option is to allow us to change the size or color of an item for free by emailing us at Help@PaisleyGraceBoutique.com or by calling us at (682) 222-9010 and allow us to make that change for you. This is our preferred method as we do not have to charge any fees when we edit a completed order.
Preorder Items:
Preorders may not be cancelled once we've placed the order for your item with the designer. If cancelled, these orders will also incur the above cancellation fee. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, Preorder items may be returned under our normal returns policy.
Excessive Returns/Cancellations:
We will accept the return or cancellation of five (5) items in any month under our standard policies as outlined. That is up to 60 items returned and/or cancelled items in a year. If a customer returns or cancels more than 5 items in a month, the return(s) will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and a restocking fee that is the greater of $10.00 (ten dollars) per item or 20% (twenty percent) of each item’s purchase price will be charged for each item returned, exchanged or cancelled in excess of 5 items in a month.
