We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. 

We also offer local pickup at checkout. 

We’re currently working on enhanced shipping options through Redo that will provide real-time shipping rates and delivery estimates at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for store credit. 

Returns can be started through our Redo return portal. 

Prepaid return labels are available for $2.98. If Redo coverage was not purchased, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

We recommend purchasing Redo shipping protection at checkout for coverage on lost or stolen packages.
