Waitlist Info

THIS WORKS ON THE APP ONLY! If an item you are interested in is sold out in your size/color etc... you will have the option to add that item to your waitlist. You can view your waitlist from your account page on the website (you may have to dropdown the bar that says "waitlist items") or through the tab at the bottom of the app home screen. If the item is restocked or returned in the size you waitlist, you will receive an email notification. Waitlist notifications are sent in the order waitlisted. For example, if you are the 5th person to waitlist an item, the 4 people who waitlisted first will be notified in order that the item is available. If you preauthorize the item, that will move you to the top of the waitlist.

HOW WILL I KNOW A WAITLISTED ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO PURCHASE?

You will get an email from us as soon as item is available for you.  You will have from 2 to 4 hours to complete the purchase.  If you have not completed the purchase by the end of that time, the item will be removed from your cart and placed into the cart of the next person in line.  That will continue until someone completes the purchase or the item is placed back on the website for general sale.

DOES BEING ON THE WAITLIST GUARANTEE I WILL GET THE ITEM?
No. The waitlist helps us know what we should try and order more of. We cannot always restock an item if the vendor is sold out, but if there are enough waitlist/preauthorizations, we will try and restock it.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PREAUTHORIZE AN ITEM?
When you waitlist an item you will have the option to preauthorize (Be First On The Waitlist). This will move you to the top of the waitlist and give you the best chance of getting the item IF IT comes back in stock or we receive a return. Preauthorizations are not guaranteed! We will not charge you for the item unless we have it available to ship to you. If it does become available the order will automatically be created and you will receive an email notification. Preauthorizations will expire 90 days after being authorized. You will remain on the waitlist and be notified of the item comes back in stock. You may preauthorize the item again.

HOW DO I CANCEL A PREAUTHORIZED ITEM?

Simply navigate to the waitlist on either the app or the website and remove the waitlisted item.  That also cancels the preauthorization immediately.

WILL I PAY SHIPPING IF THE PREAUTHORIZED ITEM IS UNDER $60?

No, preauthorized items ALWAYS ship free regardless of price.

WILL MY PREAUTHORIZATION USE MY ACCOUNT CREDIT?

Yes, preauthorizations will always use account credit if it is available.  It's not possible to turn the use of account credit off and not use it on a preauthorization. It's an automatic system.

CAN I APPLY A COUPON CODE FOR A PREAUTHORIZED ITEM?

Yes, you may apply a coupon when you preauthorize but the coupon must still be valid at the time the item comes back in stock and is charged.  Expired coupons will not be applied to the purchase price.
