Club Paisley Rewards

CHANGES COMING TO PGB:

Be sure to watch the 5/29 replay with Linda & Gene explaining some upcoming changes. Here's the info in a nutshell:

We’re super excited to announce that we are in the process of merging our website and app systems to create a seamless shopping experience—one login, one account, and the ability to use gift cards and store credit on both platforms. We plan to make the change at the beginning of August.

Because the CommentSold platform does not support our Club Paisley program, we will be retiring the program this summer. While we’re saying goodbye to Club Paisley Rewards, we’re confident the improvements ahead will make shopping with us even better. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Points stop accruing on May 29, 2025.
  • You’ll have until July 31, 2025 to redeem up to 2 rewards on our website.
  • After July 31, any unused rewards/points will expire.
  • NOTHING WILL CHANGE WITH YOUR ACCOUNT CREDIT ON THE APP. In fact, you'll be able to use your account credit on the website once the switch is made!
  • Once the switch is made, outstanding website gift cards will be transferred to new gift cards that will work on the app & website.
  • If you have achieved Icon status, your free shipping perk will continue thru Dec 31, 2025.
  • When Club Paisley rewards have been used for a returned item, the refund will only be for the amount paid and Club Paisley points and discounts used will be forfeited. We recommend doing an exchange instead of a return, through our portal so you don't forfeit your reward.

Helpful Terms:
Points - earned for making purchases with PGB
Rewards - $$ off a purchase of FULL PRICE merchandise (excluding Brighton & Consuela) or free shipping. You redeem points for rewards (see video above). Once you redeem points they will be subtracted from your total and you will be issued a code that you can enter at checkout.

Your CURRENT POINT balance will show at the top of your Club Paisley dashboard when you are logged in.

Can I spend my Paisley Points and still move up to the next tier?
YES! You can spend points as often as you want. To move up tiers the system keeps track of how many points you have EARNED for the calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31). Your current point balance total may be different than how many you have earned this year. Check out your Club Paisley Dashboard and scroll down to the VIP section to see how close you are to reaching the next tier.

How do I access Club Paisley and use rewards?
- To access/join Club Paisley you must create an account on the WEBSITE.
- You will need to create an account on the website using the SAME EMAIL YOU USE ON THE APP. You can access the Club Paisley Dashboard from the website on your phone, tablet or laptop. 
- Once you redeem your points for a reward you will be issued a code to use. You will enter that code at checkout.
- You will earn points for every order with Paisley Grace. To use your reward, you will need to place the order thru our WEBSITE (this will not work from the Live Sale page of the website as that is connected to our app system). Rewards cannot be redeemed on app orders at this time.

How do I receive my Birthday Reward?
To earn a Birthday Reward this calendar year, be sure to enter your date at least one month before your birthday. You may do this on your rewards dashboard under “Earn More Paisley Points.”

Are there any exclusions when I redeem a $5, $15 or $30 Reward or New Tier Discount?
Rewards can be used on any FULL-PRICE merchandise on the website excluding Brighton and Consuela.

Do Points Expire?
Effective 8/28/24 - Any unused point totals over 4,000 will expire each month. For example, if you have 5,500 points, 1,500 points will expire and your total will stay at 4,000.  If you do not shop for 6 months, then all points will expire.

Do Rewards expire?
You will have until July 31, 2025 to redeem any used points and rewards.

I just became a PGB Icon, how do I get my free gift and free shipping?
PGB Icons will keep their free shipping until December 31, 2025.

Can I combine my Reward with another discount code or Reward?
No, unfortunately our system will only take one code per order.

I selected items totaling more than $75 but after I used my Reward, I was charged for shipping.  Is that correct? 
Yes, that is correct.  The shipping charge is based on the cost of the order after all discounts and rewards are applied.  If your total cost after the price reductions is below $75, then the system will add the shipping charge to your order.

Can I use my Gift Card with a Rewards Code?
Yes! These are entered in the same spot. BUT… to get this to work, you must FIRST enter the discount code and then enter your Gift Card number. It must be done in that order, or it will not work.

I accidentally redeemed my Paisley Points, but did not/forgot to use it! What now?
No worries! While we cannot retroactively apply rewards to orders, you have until July 31, 2025 to use it.

What if I had an account with your Paisley Perks program from 3 years ago?
That program was discontinued on September 1, 2021. Communication was sent multiple times prior to that date alerting customers of the program ending. All point total were expired on that date. This is a totally new program with different rewards, levels and points so everyone is starting fresh :)
