Website Changes FAQ

We have a brand new website AND app rolling out! What does this mean? It means a cohesive & enhanced shopping experience for YOU! We feel our website isn't as user friendly as it can be and switching systems will allow us to bring more benefits to you!


We are going back to the system we used prior to Sept 1, 2021.

- When the new website & app launch you will need to create a login using an email address.

- Social login options (Facebook/Instagram) will NOT be available on the new website/app. 

- Go to or the app and go to login/create an account.

A) IF IT SAYS THE EMAIL YOU ENTERED IS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM, choose the "forgot password" options and follow the prompts.

B) IF THAT EMAIL IS NOT ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM - follow the steps to create an account.

You will be able to see your account history, but the order numbers will be different in the new system. Moving forward you will be able to see your complete order history from the app & website in one place on your account.

Apple Users: You can go to the App Store and update your current Paisley Grace App

Android Users: You will need to download the NEW Paisley Grace Boutique app from the Google Play Store. The old one will only say "Paisley Grace", the new one will be Paisley Grace Boutique.

Where can you earn points?

What if I had an account with your Paisley Perks program from 2 years ago?
That program was discontinued on September 1, 2021. Communication was sent multiple times prior to that date alerting customers of the program ending. All point total were expired on that date. This is a totally new program with different rewards, levels and points so everyone is starting fresh :) 



As of right now, our return policy is staying the same. We are in the process of finalizing a new returns system so stay tuned for details on that in the coming weeks!

Yes! The only difference is that you will only be able to watch live sales from our app or Facebook. You will still be able to shop the website for New Arrivals and everything will be available on the app/website after the live sale.


By April 26, any unused Gift Cards/Account Credit will be transferred as a gift card to the new site. You will receive an email with the new code to use towards a future order.

Please do not contact us before this date asking for your new gift card code - we are working as quickly as possible to get these entered so please be patient with us :)  

We will offer a feature called "Back In Stock" which will work very similar to the Waitlist option. You can sign up to be notified when a specific item/size is restocked. There will not be a preauthorization option with the new system, so once you are notified of the restock, you can follow the prompts the purchase the item. 


We will be offering Afterpay on the new website which is just a different payment plan option that lets you break up your order total into 4 payments with no interest charge. For full details visit the Afterpay Info page.


Nothing will change with that order, the payments will continue going through Sezzle until the order is paid in full.
