What if I had an account with your Paisley Perks program from 2 years ago?
That program was discontinued on September 1, 2021. Communication was sent multiple times prior to that date alerting customers of the program ending. All point total were expired on that date. This is a totally new program with different rewards, levels and points so everyone is starting fresh :)

Yes. Some vendors restrict us from discounting their product as a way to maintain the value of their brand. Consuela & Brighton are excluded from ALL SALES unless otherwise stated. We also occasionally offer huge markdown sales (ex: $7.99 sale, Black Friday etc..) these sale also exclude the use of discounts/rewards as we are already selling items at or below cost to make room in our warehouse.

ACCOUNT CREDIT - works on the app, can be applied to any order on the MOBILE APP at checkout.

GIFT CARDS purchased online, at the store or from returns can be redeemed at our store or on our website.

We have a brand new website AND app rolling out! What does this mean? It means a cohesive & enhanced shopping experience for YOU! We feel our website isn't as user friendly as it can be and switching systems will allow us to bring more benefits to you!


We are going back to the system we used prior to Sept 1, 2021.

- When the new website & app launch you will need to create a login using an email address.

- Social login options (Facebook/Instagram) will NOT be available on the new website/app. 

- Go to paisleygraceboutique.com or the app and go to login/create an account.

A) IF IT SAYS THE EMAIL YOU ENTERED IS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM, choose the "forgot password" options and follow the prompts.

B) IF THAT EMAIL IS NOT ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM - follow the steps to create an account.

You will be able to see your account history, but the order numbers will be different in the new system. Moving forward you will be able to see your complete order history from the app & website in one place on your account.

Apple Users: You can go to the App Store and update your current Paisley Grace App

Android Users: You will need to download the NEW Paisley Grace Boutique app from the Google Play Store. The old one will only say "Paisley Grace", the new one will be Paisley Grace Boutique.

Online Order returns will be credited as a gift card that can be redeemed on the website.
Mobile App order returns will be credited as account credit that can be redeemed on the mobile app.

By April 26, any unused Gift Cards/Account Credit will be transferred as a gift card to the new site. You will receive an email with the new code to use towards a future order.
